Welcome to Space girl Industries. We're glad you're here. Before you order something, let’s walk through how things work. It won’t take long.

1. Using This Site

By using our site, you're saying:

I’ll use this for personal stuff, not resell it.

I won’t try to break the website or mess with it.

The info I give—like my name and shipping address—is real.

We try to keep everything accurate. But if a price is off or a product description has a typo, we’ll fix it when we catch it. We’re not robots.

2. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, make sure your info’s correct—especially your address and email. That’s how we keep you updated and get your order to the right place.

We use safe, secure payment systems. Your credit card info never touches our servers. You’re covered.

We might cancel an order if:

Something’s out of stock

The price was listed wrong

The order looks fishy (bots, fraud, etc.)

If that happens, you’ll get a full refund and a heads-up from us.

3. Shipping

We try to ship quickly. Most orders go out within a few days, but exact timing depends on what you bought and where you live.

You’ll get a tracking link once it ships. If something feels off (like delays or lost packages), send us a message. We’ll try to help.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to like what you get. But if it’s not what you expected, here’s what to do.

Return:
You’ve got 7 days after delivery to start a return.

What’s returnable:

Unused items

Still in the original packaging

In good shape

What’s not:

Personal care stuff (like skincare or anything that touches your skin)

Anything marked “final sale”

Include your order number and what went wrong

If it qualifies, we’ll send return steps

Return shipping? You pay for it—unless we messed up and sent the wrong thing or it showed up damaged.

Refunds:
Once we get the item back and check it, we’ll refund you. Could take up to a week to hit your account, depending on your bank.

Got something damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 2 days of delivery. A quick photo helps. We’ll make it right.

5. Copyright & Content

All the stuff on our site—photos, product names, text—is ours (unless we say otherwise). Please don’t take or repost it without asking.

6. Updates

Sometimes we’ll update this page to keep things fresh or fix errors. If we do, we’ll post the new version right here. Keep using the site? That means you’re cool with the updates.
